Obviously this does not provide a solution to what your trying to achieve, you will have to use note pad or some other program to edit the m3u file if that is what you need to do. and trying to edit the path does not work, because MM does not edit playlists, it simply displaying what the m3u file contains (whether valid or not). So, to summarize, the playlist you find on the my computer node, is simply a read only view of what is contained in the m3u file regardless of what actually resides on disk. The physical m3u file is never modified or checked beyond the initial import. Once a valid playlist is imported, it is tracked only within the database.
